15% discount on Corporate MetroCard
Membership of the West Yorkshire Travel Plan Network entitles employers to apply for a 15% “travel plan discount” through the Corporate MetroCard scheme, a version of the annual MetroCard. The MetroCard is a pre-paid travelcard giving virtually unlimited travel on buses or trains & buses in West Yorkshire (different options available).
Employees in the Corporate MetroCard scheme only pay for 9 months travel and get 3 months FREE.
Employers are required to promote the scheme widely to their staff, to coordinate applications and provide an advance of salary or interest-free loan and payroll deductions.

Pool MetroCards - shared travel cards for businesses
Pool MetroCard is a shared prepaid ticket for bus and train travel that can be used by your employees for business and work-related travel throughout West Yorkshire.
It's fantastic value at £320 for an annual ticket, which is less than £27 per month.

Free corporate membership- City Car Club
Travel Plan Network member organisations are entitled to free corporate membership at City Car Club. City Car Club is a local alternative to paying for taxis, pool and hire cars and employee business mileage claims. To find out more about City Car Club watch this short YouTube video.

Private Carsharing Group on wycarshare.com
The Travel Plan Network has teamed up with Liftshare to offer Network members an exclusive deal on setting up a private car sharing group under wycarshare.com. A private carsharing group works the same as wycarshare.com but only allows employees from your organisation to register and search for car sharing matches on the site.
A private car sharing group for an organisation with up to 499 employees for two years currently costs £1800 saving £250 on the list price. An organisation with between 500 and 999 employees can purchase a private group for £2360 saving £340 on the list price.
