Joining the Network

1. Complete the simple site assessment form, to give us some background information about your organisation.

2. Facilitate the attached travel survey. There is no need to speak with all employees if they are not available, but please try and get as many as you can to complete it.

3. Finally complete the attached Application form selecting which travel plan measure/s your organisation is/are going to implement in the next year. On the form you can also provide information on the measures you may have already implemented or are going to investigate in future years. Please note the list of measures on the application form is for guidance purposes, therefore we are not expecting members to implement all of the measures listed.

4. All forms should be returned electronically to tpn@wypte.gov.uk and a member of the team will be back in touch to discuss your application.

5. Successful application results in the award of full membership of the Network and we will issue you with an annual Certificate of Membership for display. You will then have access to all the benefits of membership

6. Alternately, if you just would like to be signed up to our quarterly e-newsletter please email us at tpn@wypte.gov.uk with your Name, Job title, Telephone number, Email address, Organisation name and Address.
